SVP, Integrated Delivery

Role Description

The SVP, Integrated Delivery drives how OneMagnify delivers measurable outcomes for our clients across our integrated solutions. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, this role sets the enterprise delivery strategy that brings complex, multi-practice engagements together to produce tangible business value and predictable commercial performance at scale. You will shape the agency's delivery capability into a durable competitive advantage by defining the model, building the leaders who run it, and ensuring the organization consistently delivers on what clients hired us to achieve.

What You'll Do

• Own the Enterprise Delivery System
  • Own and evolve the integrated delivery operating model.
  • Set decision rights, accountability frameworks, and quality bar.
  • Establish standards and rhythms of continuous improvement.
• Lead the Central Delivery Organization
  • Set direction and performance bar for the central delivery organization.
  • Own succession, capability, and bench strength for delivery leadership.
  • Operate as a peer to practice leaders and account leadership.
• Own Delivery Economics and Commercial Intelligence
  • Accountable for enterprise-wide delivery economics.
  • Own the commercial intelligence capability.
  • Connect delivery performance to client value realization.
  • Partner with Finance, Pre-sales, and Solutioning.
• Ensure Client Value Is Delivered
  • Senior accountability for client outcomes across the integrated portfolio.
  • Establish and chair senior governance forums.
  • Position integrated delivery as a strategic value driver.
• Set the AI-Enabled Delivery Direction
  • Own OneMagnify's AI-enabled delivery capability.
  • Accountable for the return on investment in AI-enabled delivery.
  • Use AI-enabled capability to scale institutional knowledge.
• Own Global Delivery Operating Model and Scale Levers
  • Own the Global Delivery Center model.
  • Set direction for work flow between onshore and global teams.
  • Ensure global delivery is integrated into the operating model.
• Partner Across the Business and with Clients
  • Align delivery models with commercial commitments.
  • Support deal shaping on strategic engagements.
  • Represent delivery in executive client forums.
  • Position integrated delivery as a competitive differentiator.
• Uphold Quality, Risk, and Value Integrity
  • Hold the delivery organization accountable for quality.
  • Govern enterprise delivery risk.
  • Ensure consistency in measuring delivery quality and value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of delivery leadership experience in agency, technology services, or marketing services environments.
• 5+ years at VP, SVP, or equivalent.
• Track record of designing or materially transforming a delivery operating model.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary delivery organizations.
• Strong commercial and financial fluency.
• Demonstrated ability to align delivery work to client KPIs and business outcomes.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery models.
• Experience with offshore or nearshore production routing.
• Executive presence and peer-level credibility.

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience scaling AI-native delivery operations.
• Background building or scaling a Global Delivery Center.
• Experience integrating acquired delivery teams into a unified operating model.
• Exposure to enterprise marketing technology, CRM, performance marketing, or data and analytics delivery at scale.
• Track record of building delivery leaders.
