What You Will Enjoy Doing

Main Purpose of the Job:  

To supply customer with finished products and to achieve and maintain company established goals in efficiency, quality, and safety by following all procedures.

Main Responsibilities:  

• Start/Stop the palletizer/de-palletizer
• Prepare machines for changeovers
• Accurately record goods supplied and problems encountered during shift
• Removal of rejected product to quarantine area
• Troubleshooting
• Working together in team environment
• Maintain good housekeeping in and around machines and department

Performance Measurements:  

• Efficiency
• Record keeping/ reporting

What Makes You Great

Education/Experience:  

High School Diploma or equivalent  

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred

Qualifications/Skills:  

• Basic computer skills
• Demonstrated mechanical ability
