Strategic Analytics PartnerIn this hybrid role based at our Chicago headquarters, you'll help shape how leaders across Alliant use data to make smarter decisions, uncover opportunities, and improve member outcomes. As a strategic analytics partner, you'll combine technical expertise with business insight to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive results across the organization. Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll leverage data to identify trends, measure performance, size opportunities, and develop compelling dashboards and visualizations that tell a meaningful story. This role goes beyond reporting; you'll help stakeholders understand what the data means, why it matters, and where to focus next. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
