Part Time Brand AmbassadorBrand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations.This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends. Part Time Brand Ambassador can expect to work between 20-25 hours per week.What You'll DoWelcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drivesCapture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needsRefer high potential leads to Sales SpecialistsEnsure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journeyBuild deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and servicesExplain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate considerationProvide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklistsEnsure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and readyAssist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)Support day to day studio operations as neededWhat You BringExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsA passion for delivering outstanding customer experiencesExperience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail settingInterest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brandQualificationsFlexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends18 years old minimumHigh School diploma/GED requiredPrior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferredAuthorized to work in the USA (visas sponsorship not available)Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.Where permitted by law, successful completion of a drug test and background check including, but not limited to, criminal records are a condition of employment for Lucid sales centersValid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year.
