Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Part-Time Dumpster Consultant for a growing local waste management and dumpster rental company. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing exceptional service. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll answer inquiries, recommend solutions based on project needs, and help ensure a smooth experience from initial contact through scheduling and service completion. Available Schedules


Option 1 (AM Shift):

• Tuesdays & Fridays: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Option 2 (PM Shift):

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay: $18/hr

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and text messages in a friendly and professional manner.
• Consult with customers to recommend the appropriate dumpster size for their project needs.
• Explain available services and highlight what makes the company unique.
• Track sales activity, follow up on leads and estimates, and assist with accounts receivable support.
• Coordinate with dispatch regarding driver routing and availability.
• Document customer preferences and project details to ensure personalized service.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, office support, sales support, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing phone calls, emails, texts, and customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
