As a Finance Manager within Corporate Strategy & Analysis at TJX, you will lead a team to drive identification and analysis of new strategic opportunities to support TJX’s long-term growth strategy. This position requires direct engagement with Senior Management across the organization, including C-suite Executives. A successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously that will ultimately be reviewed by Senior Executives. Further, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think critically, analyze effectively and communicate efficiently. Responsibilities include: Manage and mentor associates to drive professional development and performance Play a leadership role on projects & new initiatives, including M&A evaluation Manage the Analysis team to ensure effective, efficient and accurate analysis Coordinate workstreams to ensure projects are completed on time Analyze competitor trends and performance Analyze cost saving opportunities with key ROI performance metrics Research and develop thought pieces on key macro trends within retail Build long range financial projections with thorough scenario analyses, sensitivities, and identification of risks and opportunities Partner with C-Suite executives on presentations and strategic messaging Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, or other related fields Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred; MBA a plus Prior experience leading teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation development skills; ability to develop robust interactive excel models independently Excellent communications skills with the ability to deliver insights, recommendations, and results concisely and effectively to Executive Level management Ability to work with ambiguity, removing obstacles and maintaining focus in complicated situations to deliver results for self and team Promotes collaboration cross-functionally and actively finds opportunities for improvements Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and ability to drive & lead change Benefits include Associate discount; 401(k) match; medical/dental/vision; HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long-term disability; paid holidays/vacation /sick/bereavement/parental leave; EAP; incentive programs for management; auto/home insurance discounts; tuition reimbursement; scholarship program; adoption/surrogacy assistance; smoking cessation; child care/cell phone discounts; pet/legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses. This position has a starting salary range of $104,800.00 to $136,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
