Hourly wage of $18.00 11pm to 7am -- 3rd shift - 48.0 hours per pay period Every other weekend and holiday What you'll be doing: Maintain the order and cleanliness of the receptionist area to provide a professional ambiance. Answer phone calls and/or greet walk-in traffic and provide information; record and disseminate information to appropriate staff as needed/required. Interactions with residents and families in a manner which contributes to a positive lifestyle for residents. Serves as a manager on duty, responsible for responding to building and resident emergencies following company policies. Monitor, respond to, and report emergencies involving residents and the building; communicate with emergency services/first responders as needed. (i.e., fire department and police staff.) Complete written recording of resident, building, and employee incidents per policy. Filing, posting, stocking marketing materials, brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc. Computer software and program usage, and some administrative tasks will be required.
