This role focuses on providing professional consultations and recommending HVAC system solutions based on each customer’s comfort needs. \n What We Offer\n \n \n Company-generated warm leads – no cold calling or door knocking \n \n 3–4 scheduled appointments per day (lead volume may fluctuate based on weather demand) \n \n Minimum expectation of 55 leads per month \n \n Uncapped commission structure designed for high performers \n \n Training salary that transitions to a draw once ramp-up is complete \n \n Weekly commission settlements so you can easily track your income \n \n Take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop provided \n \n Insurance available after 31 days \n \n Low-cost medical (as low as $5/week) \n \n Dental, vision, HSA/FSA \n \n 401(k) with company match \n \n 13 days PTO + 8 paid holidays \n \n Company-paid life insurance \n \n Ongoing sales training and leadership development \n Responsibilities: \n As a Comfort Advisor / In-Home HVAC Sales Representative , you will meet with homeowners to evaluate their current heating and cooling systems and present customized replacement solutions. \n \n \n Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs \n \n Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing \n \n Access HVAC equipment that may be located in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas \n \n Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements \n \n Present financing options and system solutions during the consultation \n \n Close sales in a one-call close sales environment \n \n Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation \n \n Work closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoff \n \n Lead flow is consistent, but volume can fluctuate depending on seasonal and weather-driven demand .
