Medical Assistant, Primary Care

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Westover Hills Wellness Center. This clinic cares for a truly unique patient population of retired First Responders and their dependents.
Responsibilities will include taking vitals, performing phlebotomy and preparing all lab specimens (blood, urine and other cultures), as well as processing outside provider labs as needed. Will also be responsible for confirming next day lab visits, managing inventory of lab materials and ordering supplies as needed. May assist physicians and nurses as needed. Prior EMR experience is preferred, we use Elation. Position is Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. No late clinic and no weekends. We offer competitive compensation, a beautiful clinic environment, and the opportunity to work with a special group of people! - Graduate / Certificate (CMA) from college or accredited technical school
- Registration or Certification is required.
