On-Site Manager

The On‑Site Manager is responsible for directing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the community, ensuring the buildings, systems, and common areas are well‑maintained and operating efficiently. This position oversees the performance and condition of all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems by conducting regular inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and planning for repairs, replacements, and capital improvement projects. Serving as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, residents, staff, vendors, and contractors, the On‑Site Manager coordinates all aspects of community operations. This includes supervising on‑site personnel, managing vendor and contractor relationships, working with public utility representatives, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands‑on leadership position that requires excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
