Benefits: 401k Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Benefits Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internet sales team Manage and respond to inbound internet leads quickly and effectivelyDrive appointment setting and maintain strong show ratios (50%+) Execute consistent follow-up to convert leads into showroom traffic Handle third-party leads and online inquiries to generate sales opportunities Track activity and performance within CRM tools Train team members on internet sales and lead management best practices Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the online process Support dealership sales goals, including evenings and weekends as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership sales experience (required) Proven success in handling internet leads and driving appointment conversions Strong leadership ability with experience developing or mentoring others High level of motivation, accountability, and career focus Exceptional phone, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to manage high-volume activity (calls, texts, emails) daily Experience with CRM tools (VinSolutions or similar preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
