Fleet & Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

Windfield is growing quickly and we’re looking for an experienced Fleet & Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and safety of our fleet across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring that our fleet and facilities are operating efficiently so that we can best support our team and customers. Specifically, this person will be managing the maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across our fleet including commercial trucks, heavy equipment, assets, and facilities. This person must be highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple projects at one time. In this role, you’ll: Oversee the maintenance and repairs of every asset across all 3 locations Regularly inspect the fleet and facilities to ensure equipment is operating properly, safely, and in compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations Provide routine and preventative maintenance for the fleet Manage equipment acquisitions, vendor relationships, and maintenance programs Work closely with team members including Leadership, Operators, and Drivers to ensure that issues are being addressed, resolved, and communicated often Conduct field visits to ensure facilities, teams, and equipment are operating efficiently Maintain service records If you have: 3-5 years experience of fleet management, mechanical, and equipment maintenance Strong knowledge of commercial fleet operations and compliance Experience in vendor management Highly communication, organizational, and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Windfield Recycling
