JD:
- 7+ years’ experience in Strong ITSM Lead / Sr. Developer.
- Working hands on knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Development which includes the ITSM, ITOM, Integration, Discovery and Upgrades.
- Design and implement ServiceNow Integration using best practice.
- Understand complex requirements and turn them into workable POC.
- Proficient in discussions and handling customer’s, business stakeholders.
- Provide analysis and resolution for ServiceNow issues for all different environments (Dev to Production).
- Apply good release management and configuration management principles to provide a stable deployment.
- Working in Agile and Scrum is an added advantage.
