Hematology/Oncology Physician Job – Tarboro, North Carolina Licenses & Qualifications \n

• Board Eligible / Board Certified Hematology-Oncology — REQUIRED
\n

• Join an established Hem/Onc practice within the region’s largest oncology provider
\n
• Work alongside experienced nurses, navigators, and a nurse practitioner
\n
• Setting: Outpatient-focused Hem/Onc care
\n
• EMR: EPIC (system-wide)
\n
• Hospital privileges included
\n

\n
• Monday–Friday schedule
\n
• Shared regional call
\n

\n
• Develop treatment plans for new oncology/hematology diagnoses
\n
• Chemotherapy oversight
\n
• Supervise NP on follow-up patient management
\n
• Lead tumor board
\n
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary oncology teams via the Cancer Center (Greenville, NC)
\n

\n
• Cancer center accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer
\n
• Designated Community Cancer Program
\n
• Facility amenities include:\n
\n
• 8 infusion chairs + 2 private infusion rooms
\n
• Healing garden
\n
• Patient image renewal areas
\n
• Community outreach spaces
\n

• Strong built-in referral network
