Addus Family Company seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide PRN in-home skilled nursing for elderly and chronically ill clients. You will perform assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers. Work independently in the field with strong support, training, and clear clinical protocols. Join a mission-driven team focused on quality, safety, and helping clients remain safely at home.
