Subrogation Adjuster

What to Expect The Subrogation Adjuster primarily reviews demands from other parties, files and responds to arbitration disputes, and may hear cases as needed. The role also may require the gathering and evaluating evidence, negotiating recoveries, processing payments and deductible reimbursements, maintaining accurate files and reports, and handling related inquiries while ensuring compliance with company guidelines, quality standards, and regulations.

• Reviewclaimfilestoidentify,evaluate,analyze,andinterpretsubrogationpotential
• Coordinateappropriatestepstosecureevidenceandensurepursuit,development,andrecoveryof claims
• Evaluatedocumentaryevidence,recordandprocessallrecoverypayments,issuepaymentsforsubrogationexpenses,andensurepolicyholdersarereimburseddeductibleamountsuponrecovery
• MaintainaccuratesubrogationfilesanddiariesacrossmultipleTeslaInsuranceClaimssystemswhilerespondingtoroutineandcomplexsubrogationinquiriesviatelephoneandemailinaccordancewithcompanyguidelinesandregulations

What You'll Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Strongknowledgeofpersonallinesproducts,includingPropertyandCasualtyandpersonalumbrellaproducts
• Familiaritywithproperty-relatedprinciples,practices,processes,andterminology
• Knowledgeofarbitrationprocessesandprocedures
• Proficiencyinbusinesswriting,grammar,punctuation,andprofessionaltelephoneandemailetiquette
• Proficiencyinstandardbusinesssoftwareandweb-basedapplications,includingMicrosoftWord,Excel,Outlook,andinternetbrowsers
• Property and Casualty (P&C) adjuster's license in the state of domicile, plus non-resident adjuster's licenses in all other states where required-or the ability to obtain them within 60 days of starting

Expected Compensation $76,000 - $114,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
