We are looking for an Maintenance Manager for our 4-star Hotel located in Miami. What will you be responsible for? Prevent, detect and repair any malfunction or damage in the hotel's facilities, ensuring their proper operation. Control and optimize energy consumption, promoting efficient use of resources and sustainability. Plan, execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring full compliance. Ensure compliance with current Occupationsl Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations, as well as building self-protection and evacuation plans. Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team, as well as external subcontracted companies operating in the hotel. Manage the spare parts and consumables storeroom, ensuring proper availability and inventory control. What are we looking for? Higher vocational training in maintenance-related specialties (electricity, HVAC, electromechanics, installations or similar). Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to public buildings. Proven and consolidated experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments. What we do offer?
