FlexCare is hiring an experienced SLP for a full-time contract opportunity in San Lorenzo, California for the 2026–2027 school year. Assignment Highlights Earn $3,768.00 / Week 2026–2027 school year 37.5-hour work week District-wide role supporting students across all grade levels Primarily evaluation and consultation-based with minimal direct therapy Interviewing ASAP, fast hiring process Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Qualifications & Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Pediatric experience required School-based experience preferred Experience conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language services Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff Comfortable working across multiple school sites throughout the district Must meet all credentialing, background check, fingerprinting, and district onboarding requirements This is an in-person position. Must hold an active SLP-CCC license and MUST HAVE experience working with AAC devices. Will Be primarily providing evaluations and consultations; very limited direct service (~ 90 minutes a year per student). This will be an itinerant position working with all grade levels.
