Senior Product Manager, AI – Growth & Transformation We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the development of AI/ML‑powered digital products that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role requires a hybrid schedule, with work in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays. This position is not open to visa sponsorship or corp‑to‑corp arrangements. Responsibilities Contribute to product strategy for enhancing the customer experience and propose feature development. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product(s) and drive growth against those KPIs using advanced ML concepts to create personalized user journeys. Be a hands‑on technical leader, leveraging data to identify opportunities and applying ML/AI solutions to drive business value and usage. Lead end‑to‑end product ownership from business case and feasibility assessment through execution and long‑term optimization. Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to translate high‑level objectives into detailed technical deliverables. Mentor and develop junior product managers and serve as a high‑visibility point person for senior stakeholders. Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering and data science to translate goals into deliverables. Mentor & Influence: Develop junior PMs and influence senior stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications Technical depth: Hands‑on experience with data‑related programming (SQL, Python) and a proven track record of building with large language models or automating processes. Strategic rigor: Ability to uncover signals in ambiguous data and determine what to build and why it matters for the client. Product mindset: Prioritizes features based on client impact and business value, navigates trade‑offs in fast‑paced environments, and translates ambiguous needs into a clear product vision. Banking & customer acquisition affinity: Interest in solving problems within high‑compliance financial environments focused on guiding customers from initial interest to a sticky relationship. Execution mindset: Demonstrates ability to build proof‑of‑concepts or prototypes to show the value of potential AI investments. Compensation Cash Compensation Range: $155,000–$220,000* + Potential Equity.
