Surgical Technologist

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Surgical Technologist to support surgeons during operative and invasive procedures. In this role, you will prepare operating rooms, ensure equipment and instruments are sterile and available, and maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments. You’ll anticipate surgeon and team needs, assist with specimen handling, and uphold strict infection prevention and safety standards. Working within a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you will partner with nurses, anesthesiologists, and physicians to deliver high-quality surgical care and support positive patient outcomes while growing your skills with advanced technology.
