Associate Director, Sustainability Reporting

Focus on the emerging area of Sustainability reporting within the External Reporting group Prepare the Company for its initial regulatory sustainability filings Report to the Executive Director - External Reporting Work extensively with the Sustainability Controller Help ensure the Company is positioned for and responsive to growing global regulatory external reporting requirements Address environmental, social and governance reporting topics Support sustainability reporting compliance, corporate governance, accounting, audits, and sustainability reports Drive projects and change in complex environments Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Minimum of 5 years of auditing and/or accounting background Working knowledge of sustainability-related topics and regulations Familiarity with CSRD and EU Taxonomy regulations Project management skills Experience in financial reporting, financial processes, and internal controls Proactive problem-solving approach Detail-oriented with commitment to a high degree of accuracy Ability to react quickly to changes and work effectively in high-pressure situations Previous experience working in complex environments and driving change Effective communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to work in a less structured environment for daily activities Experience with Workiva sustainability reporting module preferred Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred CPA preferred No visa sponsorship Valid driving license not required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sustainability reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial processes, with a strong focus on environmental, social, and governance topics.
