Inside Sales Representative Join the Hixwood Metal Team! We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment where your success is rewarded, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Develop new business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting Build lasting customer relationships and provide exceptional service Prepare quotes, pricing, and product recommendations Close sales while achieving individual sales goals Manage customer accounts and maintain strong follow-up Utilize HubSpot CRM, ERP software, and estimating tools Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding customer experiences Participate in trade shows and occasional customer visits What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Previous inside sales experience preferred Experience in construction or building materials is a plus Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission Performance bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package with paid time off and paid holidays Stable, local company with opportunities for growth At Hixwood Metal, our people make the difference.
