What You'll Do As a 2nd Shift Quality Auditor , you'll help ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards for quality, accuracy, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Create, review, and maintain inspection and test plans Perform product inspections and verify compliance with customer specifications Coordinate customer inspections and quality documentation Maintain calibration records and quality systems Support internal and external quality audits Ensure compliance with ISO standards, banking requirements, and customer specifications Investigate non-conformances (NCRs) and customer complaints Assist with corrective and preventive actions to improve quality Review documentation for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements Assist the Quality Manager with projects that improve efficiency and quality performance What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interpret procedures, specifications, and technical documentation Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, printing, production, or ISO experience is a plus but not required.
