Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine Physician

We are currently looking for a Board Eligible / Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician who has a passion for graduate medical education to become a faculty member at our outpatient clinic located in Fort Wayne, Indiana . This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with 50% dedicated to faculty duties and 50% focused on working in the Continuity Clinic.

Role Overview

Full-time salaried faculty position with comprehensive benefits, including a retirement package and paid time off.
Minimal on-call responsibilities to ensure a balanced work-life experience.
Opportunity to develop an outpatient practice with the backing of the largest healthcare provider in the region.
Supervise Internal Medicine Residents in our Residency Clinic and play a key role in establishing a foundational Internal Medicine program.
Protected time allocated for academic responsibilities.

About Our Team

Our group is composed of dedicated physicians who focus on providing comprehensive, team-based care for adults with chronic conditions across Northeast Indiana. You will work closely with the Internal Medicine Program Director and Associate Program Director, both of whom maintain successful outpatient practices in the same facility. We foster an excellent collaborative environment among providers, staff, and team members, promoting a positive workplace culture.
