- Partner with marketing and business development teams on thought leadership materials that position HUB as a trusted advisor.
- Support HUB's internal benefit plans through plan design assistance, compliance reviews, and coordination with benefits administration teams.

- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex regulatory information and provide practical, business-oriented advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents and explain complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and demonstrated ability to learn and utilize legal research platforms and technology tools.
