We're looking for a polished, energetic, sales-driven Leasing Consultant to join a beautiful Class A apartment community in Monroe, Georgia . This is an opportunity to work with a company that values exceptional customer service, professionalism, and people who genuinely enjoy helping others find their next home.

What You'll Do- Welcome prospective residents and create an exceptional first impression
- Conduct engaging apartment tours that showcase the lifestyle our community offers
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the lease
- Follow up with prospects to maximize leasing conversions
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and future residents
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Support community marketing and outreach initiatives
- Help maintain the professional appearance of the leasing office and model homes
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Class A leasing experience is a plus
- A genuine passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, polished, and dependable
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Weekend availability
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines preferred
