About the Position

Just Between Seniors Home Care Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers and CNAs to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver / CNA, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Helping with mobility, walking, positioning, and transfers
• Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Assisting with errands and transportation when authorized
• Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
• Supporting clients with dementia, memory loss, or physical limitations
• Observing clients for changes in condition and promptly reporting concerns to the office
• Completing accurate and timely caregiver documentation
• Following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Maintaining client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:
We are looking for applicants who are caring, professional, and dependable.

Preferred qualifications include:

• CNA certification and/or previous caregiving experience
• Experience working with seniors, Veterans, individuals with disabilities, or memory-care clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportatio
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow a client's Plan of Care
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Patient, respectful, compassionate, and professional attitude
