SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location Baylor University – 1120 South 5th, Waco, TX 76706 Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Prior supervisory experience required. Excellent customer‑service and leadership skills. Open availability; multiple shift options. Ability to work full time.
