Warehouse Worker URGENT NEED HIRING IMMEDIATELY-Pay Upto $20.50/hr

This warehouse role focuses on order picking using a headset system while working entirely on foot in a temperature-controlled facility. You walk up to 10 miles per day, maintain a steady pace, and ensure high accuracy in picking and stocking tasks. You use an RF scanner to resupply bins, maintain inventory, and prepare freight for order picking without operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the shift using a headset-based picking system.
• Walk up to 10 miles per day while maintaining a consistent work pace and focus on accuracy.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, scan, and resupply bins with inventory as needed.
• Stock and organize inventory freight in preparation for order picking while working on foot.
• Perform order picking and packing tasks, ensuring items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while moving throughout the warehouse.
• Support team members and shift operations as needed, including break order fill activities.
• Work assigned shifts, including potential weekend and holiday coverage, to meet operational needs.

• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, including up to 10 miles per day.
• Ability to stoop, squat, and kneel on a regular basis to access inventory and bins.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to working in a safety-oriented manner.
• Ability to use an RF scanner for stocking and inventory tasks.
• Ability to follow directions delivered via headset and maintain accuracy while picking orders.
• Reliability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, stocking, and packing.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or stocking role is helpful but not required.
• Comfort working entirely on foot without the use of material handling equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to support coordinated warehouse operations.

Work Environment

You work in a warehouse environment that is temperature controlled, providing a comfortable setting throughout the year. The role is active and entirely on foot, with no use of material handling equipment, and relies on RF scanners and headset-based picking technology to complete daily tasks. The facility operates multiple shifts, including a first shift from Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and a third shift from Sunday to Wednesday (4x10 schedule), 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. The dress code is relaxed and practical, allowing shorts or pants, a T-shirt without profanity, and sneakers or other closed-toe shoes. You work in a safety-focused environment with clear guidelines and expectations to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREDERICKSBURG, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.25/hr.
