This isn't a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you'll help real small business owners thrive every day. Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.ResponsibilitiesFulfillment & Logistics SupportReceive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.Building & FacilitiesOpen and close the building following operational checklists.Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.Member SupportOffer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.Triage member service requests and escalate when needed.Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.Who You AreYou're energized by variety, motivated to work hard, and love connecting with people.
