As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.79 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly residential environment. Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
