Job Opportunity: Concrete Finisher
We’re seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys being hands-on outdoors.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00/4:00 p.m.
Some overtime may be required depending on workload
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Place, screed, and finish concrete for slabs, floors, sidewalks, patios, driveways, and curbs
Bull float, hand float, edge, and joint; operate walk-behind power trowels
Deliver clean broom, mag, steel trowel, and decorative/stamp finishes to spec
Check grades and slopes for proper drainage using levels or lasers
Perform saw cut layout and apply curing/sealing
Complete punch list items including patching, joint caulking, and grinding
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe jobsite
Ideal Candidate:
Prior concrete finishing experience required
Reliable and hardworking with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
