• We're partnering with the world's leading provider of technology-enabled claims and risk management solutions to support the growth of its enterprise AI engineering organization.
\n
• We're seeking Senior and Principal Foundry & AIP Engineers to build and operate production AI solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP. These are hands-on engineering roles focused on enterprise data, operational applications, AI agents, workflows, and automation.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Design, build, deploy, and operate production solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP
\n
• Develop Foundry Ontology, pipelines, transforms, Workshop applications, Actions, Functions, and Code Repositories
\n
• Build AIP Logic and AI agent workflows involving tool use, orchestration, evaluation, provenance, and human-in-the-loop controls
\n
• Integrate Foundry/AIP with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, identity systems, and existing infrastructure
\n
• Develop production solutions using Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, and REST APIs
\n
• Build user-facing applications using React or comparable modern frontend technologies
\n
• Build and operate supporting infrastructure in AWS using Terraform and GitHub Actions
\n
• Implement security, access controls, logging, monitoring, observability, and production safeguards
\n
• Work directly with examiners, adjusters, operations teams, and other business users to translate real-world processes into technical solutions
\n
• Collaborate closely with Palantir Forward Deployed Engineers and internal engineering, data, platform, security, and architecture teams
\n
• Troubleshoot and optimize production solutions for reliability, data quality, performance, and scalability
\n
• Contribute to shared enterprise capabilities and engineering standards

Multiple Openings:

Senior Foundry & AIP Engineer

\n

\n
• 6–8 years of software engineering experience
\n
• 3+ years of production experience with data applications, operational UIs, AI-assisted workflows, GenAI applications, or similar systems
\n
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience, including pipelines/transforms, Ontology, Workshop, and preferably Actions/Functions and Code Repositories
\n
• Production AI/LLM or AI-assisted workflow experience with evaluation, failure handling, and human review
\n
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, and REST API experience
\n
• AWS, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
\n
• Experience building production applications and user-facing interfaces
\n
• Comfortable working directly with end users and pairing with vendor/FDE teams
\n

\n

Principal Foundry & AIP Engineer

\n

\n
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
\n
• 4+ years owning production GenAI/applied-AI systems
\n
• 4+ years of forward-deployed, embedded, or customer-facing delivery
\n
• Deep production Palantir Foundry experience, including Ontology, pipelines/transforms, Workshop, and Code Repositories
\n
• Strong Python plus TypeScript or Java, with SQL and Spark/PySpark
\n
• Production AIP/agent experience involving evaluation, provenance, human confirmation, and tool use
\n
• AWS, React or comparable frontend, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
\n
• Ability to shape ambiguous operational problems into scoped technical solutions
\n
• Technical leadership experience without people-management authority
\n
• Comfortable co-leading delivery with Palantir FDEs and working directly with business users
\n

Note: These are hands-on production engineering roles. We're looking for candidates who have built and shipped production Foundry and/or AIP solutions.
