We are a collaborative, globally connected team of over 200 professionals.The Senior Auditor is responsible for conducting and documenting audits across Asset and Wealth Management. This role leads audit project teams, which includes providing oversight to the audit team and communicating results of the engagement to management. The Senior Auditor provides technical expertise and training to auditors within the engagement audit team and works closely with Senior Audit Managers to confirm the scope of the audit and to devise an appropriate testing approach to be performed during the engagement.Major DutiesLeads moderately complex audits end to end - one at a timeAdvancing understanding of audit methodology/standardsAdvanced testing and first level reviews of less complex testsLead presentations of findingsPlanning:Assist in the development of the audit objective and testing approachLead as Auditor in Charge (AIC) on less complex audit engagementsComplete planning documentsLead walkthroughs, develop process flows; identify risks collect materialsDevelop Opening Meeting deckDrafts risk and controls; assign inherent risk ratingFieldwork:Perform higher complexity testsLead discussions with stakeholders on testing findingsPerform first level (L1) reviews on less complex testsReporting:Assist in first drafts of audit issuesAssist in drafting reportData Analytics:Proactively identify DA opportunitiesIssue Validation:Performs testingDrafts memoKnowledge/SkillsKnowledge of audit/accounting principles usually obtained through related work experience and a four year degree program is requiredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - including effective business writing skillsInterest in pursuing professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CISA, CIA, ACA, ACCA)ExperienceA College or University degree and 3+ years auditing experience in a financial institutionWorking Model: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.Salary Range:$74,200 - 126,200 USDWork AuthorizationApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
