Finishing Technician

Finishing TechnicianPhillips-Medisize, LLC a Molex Company is growing and has immediate openings for the Finishing Technician role at the Menomonie, WI facility.Shift: N2- 5pm-5am 2-2-3 schedule (Oaklawn building)The Finishing Technicians will be, ensuring the equipment's settings are correct, minor maintenance and adjustments, and start/end of run tasks on a new program at the facility.What You Will DoPerform general preventive maintenance on decoration printers and lasers, pad printers, assembly lines, and any other finishing/assembly equipmentComplete set-up and/or parameter sheets and other recordkeeping as requiredCommunicate changes/issues with team leader and technicians on other shiftsWork alongside maintenance and engineering technicians while trouble shooting and correcting issues on equipmentEnsure quality of all parts and make adjustments to equipment/processes as neededAssure a high level of safety for self and co-workersComplete all the required batch record and/or device history file documentationTake ownership of assigned area, help guide production operatorsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Six or more months of manufacturing, industrial, or assembly line experienceWhat Will Put You AheadExperience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functionsExperience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment or machinesPrevious lead or leadership experienceSAP knowledgeExperience on Oaklawn linesThis role is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
