Job Title: Technician Helper Reports To: Technical Field Operations Leader Pay Range: $16–$18/hour (based on experience) About the Role ClearPath Connections is seeking a motivated and dependable Technician Helper to join our growing team. This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn a skilled trade in the low-voltage industry. You’ll be working side-by-side with experienced Technicians, gaining hands‑on experience and building a clear pathway to becoming a full‑fledged Technician. Mission for the Role The Technician Helper supports the field team by actively learning and assisting with the installation of low‑voltage infrastructure, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to ClearPath Connections’ quality standards. The goal is to develop the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to transition into a Technician role within 12–24 months.
