Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to provide personalized, non-medical care to seniors and individuals who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

A Day in the Life

Your role will depend on the needs of the client you are matched with. You may spend your day:

• Helping with personal care and hygiene
• Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with mobility and daily routines
• Supporting clients with activities they enjoy
• Following the client's individualized care plan
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Keeping accurate care notes and communicating important updates with the office

Who We're Looking For
You don't have to be perfect to be a great caregiver. We are looking for people who genuinely care about others and take pride in the work they do.

• Comfortable working one-on-one with clients
• Able to follow care instructions and individualized care plans
• Willing to travel between client locations

Previous caregiving experience is preferred , particularly experience in home care, private duty, CNA, HHA, or a similar setting. At least one year of caregiving experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Our caregivers work with clients throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago , including:
Schaumburg • Hoffman Estates • Palatine • Rolling Meadows • Elk Grove Village • Des Plaines • Park Ridge • Surrounding Communities

Important: The location listed on this posting represents one of the communities we serve . It is not necessarily our office location or the only area where you may be scheduled. Applicants must be comfortable traveling to other communities within our service area depending on client needs and availability.
