Litigation Associate Attorney

We are looking for a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our firm and handle professional license defense and administrative law matters. The ideal candidate will be diligent, prepared, and confident in advocating for clients throughout every stage of a case. Our next team member will be responsible for preparing thoroughly for settlement conferences and contested case hearings and will have the opportunity to advocate for clients before licensing boards and state agencies. Prior experience in professional license defense, administrative law, or litigation is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. What We’re Looking For The attorneys on our team work closely with clients, often during stressful and uncertain situations. Patience, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential. You will help clients prepare for settlement conferences, contested case hearings, and interviews with investigators while ensuring they understand the process and feel prepared every step of the way. This position also involves courtroom advocacy and litigation, so you should be comfortable speaking on your feet, thinking strategically, and advocating confidently for your clients.
