Sr. Training and Education Specialist, EPT

Medtronic seeks a Senior Training and Education Specialist to develop and deliver training programs for the Electrophysiology Therapies field force. The role involves designing curriculum, creating digital content, and collaborating across business units to educate field representatives on cardiac devices and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and continuous improvement of training programs for CRM products, therapies, and procedures
- Collaborate with sales leadership, medical education, and marketing to create interactive training for in-person and virtual delivery
- Develop and maintain digital education content aligned with field priorities and business needs
- Identify content and knowledge gaps and implement programs to address them
- Partner with field teams and global regions to support localized education initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years clinical lab, clinical training, or medical device experience
- Experience designing training curriculum and identifying organizational training gaps
- Ability to synthesize technical content into effective training materials
- Experience delivering classroom, lab-based, and web-based instruction
- Proficiency managing multiple concurrent projects with strategic and tactical execution
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%
