Our culture values diversity, collaboration, and sustainable growth. What You Will Do Greet walk‑in customers and assist with order and product selection. Enter sales orders and pick items from warehouse inventory. Prepare customer sales tickets and collect payment. Handle phone‑in customers with pleasant and courteous etiquette. Maintain the counter area displays clean, organized, and stocked with inventory. Reach monthly sales and gross‑margin goals. Encourage the use of digital tools across the customer base. Multi‑task and continually prioritize tasks throughout the day. What You Will Bring Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred. Strong customer‑service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in mathematics, verbal, and written communication. Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to customers. Computer literacy and experience with relevant software. Ability to prioritize needs in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the full length of the assigned shift. Ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs with proper equipment. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb for various duties. Ability to operate appropriate powered industrial trucks safely; training is provided. Job performed in retail and warehouse settings.
