Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Develop and implement personalized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably in a clinical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
