Contract Type:  Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week:  36

Candidate Pay Rate:  $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac patients and respond swiftly to changes in condition
• Administer medication drips and manage central lines with precision
• Support heart cath recovery patients and perform bubble studies
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of RNs, Patient Care Techs, and Unit Clerks
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to up to six patients per shift

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas or compact license
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Telemetry experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking skills and positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tube management
• Heart cath recovery and bubble study procedures
