Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid DOE certification is required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY under supervision
• Experience working within a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans targeting student goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of appropriate goals
• Deliver direct therapy sessions individually or in small groups
• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Provide consultation, resources, and training for school personnel and families
• Adhere to all school district and state regulations
