TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Globe, Arizona, 85501!

ID: 77927467 Shift: 12 hr nights (7a-7p) Description: *100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.We have an immediate need for: Med-Surg RN Must be willing to float to Step-down if needed+callCERTS: ACLS and BLS certsSHIFT: 12hr days 7a-7p1. 3 days cx in 13 week contract2. There will be an added call requirement with contract3. No more then 3 days off requests per contract Additional Information:1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. 3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply Position Billing string = Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks:91
