What you will enjoy doing:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot air separation plants at customer sites
• Serve as the primary technician responsible for assigned plant locations and diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues independently
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on compressors (centrifugal and reciprocating), gas analyzers, electrical control systems, and pneumatic control valves
• Monitor plant performance and implement actions to maintain or improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Manage daily work schedules, maintenance activities, and operational priorities
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors for maintenance, repairs, and audits
• Maintain accurate operational logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership regarding plant status and issues
• Support multiple locations as needed, including occasional travel outside assigned area
• Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians when required

What makes you great:

• High school diploma required; associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• Two to five (25) years of operations or technical experience preferred
• Ability to safely perform physical job requirements, including driving a service vehicle (23 hours daily, up to 8 hours as needed), walking on uneven industrial terrain, bending and stooping, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting 515 lbs regularly, 1545 lbs intermittently, and 4575 lbs occasionally
• Performing hands-on work using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform administrative tasks and computer work as needed (12 hours daily)
• Willing to participate in an on-call rotation with 24/7 availability using a company-issued phone and laptop
• Ability to meet physical and job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
