Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatments, simulations, dosimetry functions, and fabricates blocks in preparation for treatment.
- Manage daily treatment schedules on clinical equipment; coordinate treatment delivery with the care team.
- Ensure proper care of the patient in accordance with departmental and hospital policies; uphold safety features in each clinical area.
- Perform radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of the Radiation Oncologist in scheduled or emergent environments; update procedure manuals as needed.
- Collaborate with reception, nursing, and physician components to support patient care; work independently and effectively in a high-stress, busy environment.
- Attend mandatory education sessions and maintain compliance with all required training.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts radiology license
- Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- 2+ years of Radiation Therapy experience
- Travel experience preferred; traveler must have own vehicle for this assignment
- Ability to work in a hospital setting; available for day shift and 40-hour weeks
