What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team and all visitors to the center, handling various office tasks and offering polite and professional assistance. This will include tasks such as supervising and managing staff, hiring and training new hires, meeting with parents, managing enrollment, developing programs and curricula, establishing policies, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Prior administrative experience.
• Knowledge of CT ELDS/ DOTS
• Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation a plus
• Provide 3 professional references
• CPR/First Aid certified
• MUST have 3+ years working in a Early Childhood setting
• MUST have 1+ years working in management position
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Attention to detail
• Associate's Degree or higher in related field or degree in ECE
