Nestled next door to the Southern Marin Fire Station, our café is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a sanctuary for locals, first responders, and tourists alike. We specialize in quick food, quality coffee and tea, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. From sourcing the finest coffees and teas in the San Francisco Bay Area to offering a cozy space with free WiFi, we’re dedicated to serving the perfect drink for every occasion. Whether it’s a morning pick-me-up or a midday escape, our mission is to enrich the community, one cup at a time.

What You’ll Do
As a Barista, you’ll be the heart of our café, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages with care and precision.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to locals, tourists, and first responders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assisting with restocking and inventory to keep everything running smoothly.
- Being a team player and contributing to the positive, community-focused vibe of our café.

What We’re Looking For
No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and creating a great customer experience.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with a diverse group of customers.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
