In this role, you'll partner with General Managers and site leaders to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences, foster strong client relationships, and drive operational excellence. You will serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, helping shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and ensure both financial and service goals are achieved. This role offers the opportunity to influence multiple concepts and environments while representing the Wolfgang Puck Catering brand with clients and partners. This position involves regular travel within the region.Experience leading multi-unit operations in foodservice, hospitality, or catering environments. Exposure to Business & Industry accounts and/or offsite catering operations is highly valued. Demonstrated success managing financial performance, including budgeting and P&L oversight. Experience developing teams, coaching leaders, and building talent pipelines. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative and inclusive leadership style. Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment and making thoughtful, timely decisions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust. Organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities. Degree in hospitality, business, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region.
