PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO
Un encofrador de concreto está bien informado y familiarizado con los procedimientos requeridos para todo tipo de sistemas de encofrado relacionados con el concreto, incluidos, entre otros: pies de página, paredes, cubiertas, escaleras y núcleos de ascensores. Los encofradores deben estar familiarizados con la formación requerida de los tipos de trabajos planos de concreto, incluidas las aplicaciones de losas, escaleras, aceras, caminos, bordillos, cunetas y pavimentos de concreto. Se requiere que los formadores completen el trabajo de manera segura, con calidad y dentro de las especificaciones de productividad, según lo indique el capataz o superintendente.
DEBERES ESENCIALES/ RESPONSABILIDADES
- Coloque los encofrados que sujetan el concreto a la inclinación y profundidad deseadas y verifique que estén construidos correctamente. (30%)
- Mueve el conducto de descarga del camión para dirigir el concreto en los encofrados. (20%)
- Corte madera, madera y/o paneles a las dimensiones especificadas y perfore agujeros en maderas y madera. (15%)
- Realice el diseño de espaciado de ligaduras y mida, marque, perfore o corte. (15%)
- Participa en reuniones diarias y practica la seguridad como una prioridad en todos los sitios de trabajo. (10%)

REQUISITOS
- 3-5 años de experiencia en hormigón o construcción.
- Atención al detalle con demostración de precisión y minuciosidad.
